Poloniex was better in 2021 than now but they let me withdraw my funds so I'll give 3 stars for the great history we've had. the downside was selling 40% lower price coz they blocked withdrawal of the alt coins I had, begun after the hack. I still like their interface, but now very little trading is happening.... wish you the best Poloniex!

I give Poloniex 3 stars, because my experience was mixed and not ideal, but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly.
I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history, although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records. This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam. I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me, that the will forward this information to the technical department. After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request. Two days later the deposit arrived. So it took 5 days to resolve the issue, which is acceptable for me, but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors.

They’ll let you deposit no problem and charge fees for trading but you’ll never be able to get your money back. Been trying to move some coins to another platform for weeks and they review each transaction then block it. Reason for block ( unfamiliar IP address or unrecognised wallet or similar). Support tool is a joke, takes you round in circles until you give up. Place your investments elsewhere.

Terrible support. I Felt scammed, the platform does not allow users to trade decimal values of coins only full increments, how ridiculous... yeah sure keep all my dust, you scammers! I also want to add, the support is a joke, I made a live chat support request on the 15th asking for help and was assured by someone who did not care and could not spell, my request had been escalated and after the chat was "closed" - alarm bells - I would receive support from the specialist team, which never came, I then sent follow up emails every other day or so asking what the progress was, and to this date 22nd have still not received a reply, so i reached out to live support again, to be given the run around again. In all transparency, the initial request was resolved, but not to my satisfaction, and I still have open questions that are not being addressed. terrible support, terrible exchange. stay away.

Worst platform
They change the price of the coins to make you pay extra 20-30% for transaction. Sells don’t process until you lower the selling price by at least 20%

Poloniex used to be great in 2015/6. They have become worse and worse again as time has passed, coins/tokens have vanished and trading is near impossible within the UK now, my savings held in poloniex have vanished, I am completely frustrated and disappointed with them.

Limit sell orders were not executed and market sell orders were held for a moment followed by a red wick and at the bottom of the wick my order was sold 8% lower.

Acadianblue is just the only company I can recommend for any investor to make use of right now . If you haven't paid any money to them, thank your God and run. These guys are scammers.Virtually all the reviews here are coming from the scamming team or those who already purchased an account with them waiting for the next level, they hoodwink them to write a positive review yet they don't fund any account.

Definitely scammers. Happy to accept deposits, but if you want to withdrawal, you have to full KYC despite their website saying only email for under 10k per day.
No doubt if you do KYC, they won't give you your money, and will just sell your data anyway. Lesson learnt and money lost.

Deposited 5K worth of Ethereum, was pending, then it disappeared from the transactions tab and the chat is telling me last few days to await email, I checked trustpilot too late, but I will make a blog about this exchange and rank it on google, I will try to get a US lawyer and sue these mofo's. And I already started sharing this in private groups full of investors, SCAM exchange, stay away and don't get scammed like me.
They transferred my money to one of the Poloniex's wallets, yet I'm still not given my funds.

Worst broker. Im glad i didnt deposit more than 50 dollars.
Sometimes i couldn't sell my coins, and the worst thing is that price-action changed when i put up orders and plumited drastically when i canceled them, every fkng time.

Stole money from customers in 2019 when their technical incompetency lost them 1800 BTC. They called the theft "socialized losses".
Most victims of the theft have not been reimbursed in 2022 still, 3 years later, even though the exchange is still running and in business.
Customer service is being useless and dodging questions. Poloniex obviously doesn't plan on doing anything.
There are many other exchanges out there. Avoid like the plague.

Poloniex is a scam and possibly a fraudulent company. Ever since it has been sold to Justin Sun (a known fraudster and cryptocurrency celebrity marketeer). Also its been partly owned and bought by Circle, a large Wallstreet backed firm who are notorious for giving their customers a run-around forever.
You will never be able to withdraw your funds. Poloniex will find endless reasons and excuses as to which terms and conditions (small print) you happen to fall into and therefore cannot comply with their never-ending security procedures. It is in their best interests to withhold user funds and never return them.

Locks accounts leaving users unable to withdraw their coins. Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored.
This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc.

Back before Poloniex implemented KYC, they allowed people to deposit as many coins as they wanted. Then, without warning, they implemented KYC and are refusing to allow people to withdraw funds until we give our SSN and a picture of our passport etc. They have already been hacked before and they have a BBB rating of an F so there is no reason to trust them with this much sensitive data. Protect yourself and STAY AWAY.

Extremely bad service, been 5 days now since withdrawal request and nothing has been sent, All they have done is post a fake transaction ID. I have sent multiple requests and support emails to try and get this resolved but have not got any reasonable response from them yet. Be aware, suspect Poloniex may be about to Exit Scam everyone. DO NOT SEND ANY COINS THERE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THIS!!!

Poloniex is now making fool of their users. The team poloniex is celebrating 9th anniversary by stolen currencies from my secured account. They stole my 242,149,770 Shibu inu and 49,725,497,58 Satima token. Now I request other users please withdrawal your all currencies from Poloniex, otherwise you will be cheated soon.
