Weiwei Xing is a Partner at Bain & Company. Based in Hong Kong, she leads the Asia consumer products practice with a particular focus on Greater China. Beyond her work at Bain, Weiwei devotes her expertise to advising non profits in operational improvement, strategic planning and fundraising.

Fawaz Farooqui is a public sector entrepreneur and innovator who led multiple transformations and established several entities and companies. He dedicated his career to improving the quality of life in Saudi Arabia and creating unforgettable experiences that are inspired by the culture and people of Saudi. He currently serves as the Chief Advisor to the Saudi Minister of Culture and sits on the board of several organizations such as Saudia Airlines, Cruise Saudi Corporation, AlUla Development Company and the Saudi Sports for All Federation. In addition, he is the interim CEO of Cruise Saudi, which he led to launch the cruise industry in Saudi and promote the Red Sea to global cruise lines. Previously, Fawaz was appointed as the first CEO of the country’s National Transformation Program (NTP) to lead the first revamp of the program to enhance execution and delivery, resulting in specialized programs, such as Quality of Life, which he helped establish and was a board member of. Before that, Fawaz served as an Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Planning, focusing mainly on recreation and quality of life portfolio of the country. He led the establishment team of the General Entertainment Authority and various other public and social programs focused on improving the quality of life of the citizens in Saudi. Before joining the government, Fawaz led key initiatives in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) where he launched KAEC’s entrepreneurship program, as well as partnering with the global Messengers of Peace (MoP) initiative to initiate several programs in add KAEC on the global agenda of MoP initiative. Fawaz started his career with Saudi Aramco, where he led several transformations, starting from revamping field operations and establishing technology support in Aramco’s Satellite Communications to a complete turnaround and re-launch of the Corporate Telecom Network Operations Center. Fawaz has an MBA from Stanford University. He also earned a BSc in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, a BA in Political Science, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He has authored several technology articles including 3 technical papers that were published in global journals and were presented in different conferences worldwide.

Jonathan Fantini Porter is a government official and executive in the private and social sectors. He currently serves as CEO of the public-private Partnership for Central America and previously held leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, The White House, U.S. Congress, and McKinsey & Company.

Under his tenure, the Partnership raised $4.2 billion in foreign direct investment, procurement, and lending in 18 months for projects in the region and delivered programs to 5 million individuals across environmental, social, and governance programs to address the economic roots of migration in frontier and emerging markets. The Partnership has been cited by the President of Microsoft, Administrator of USAID Samantha Power, and the President of the World Bank as a case study on how to mobilize private sector investments for public-private economic development partnerships.

Jonathan previously served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company; advisor on national security and private sector engagement to the Presidential transition of Joe Biden; a White House advisor on transnational security during the Presidency of Barack Obama; as a senior congressional aide in the U.S. Congress; and Chief of Staff in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where he oversaw management operations of a $6 billion homeland security budget supporting 22,000 personnel in 48 countries.

He was named a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and has served on advisory bodies to the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, World Economic Forum, Amnesty International, and as a consulting fellow at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Jonathan is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Georgetown University and was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship. He speaks Spanish, French, and German.

Iriqat, Dalal, Dr., is associate professor at the Arab American University Palestine. Dalal is a weekly columnist at AlQuds Newspaper since 2016. She served as VP for International Relations for AAUP 2018-2022. Previously served as senior advisor of strategic communications at PMO 2017-2018. Dalal’s research focus on Diplomacy, Nation Branding, Palestinian State Building, Coercive Diplomacy, Public Diplomacy, Soft Power, Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She is author of Public Diplomacy in the 21st Century, Diplomacy in the perspective of Peace Building, Limitations of Coercive Diplomacy, Diplomacy for Democracy post Oslo, The Double Lockdown: Palestine under Occupation and COVID-19. She served as the Senior Policy Consultant for writing the Human Development Report UNDP for Palestine in 2015. Dalal taught at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University between 2011-12. Dalal was elected President of the Diplomatic Academy of London Students’ Association in 2003. She was also a member of the students’ council at the University of Jordan in 2001. Dalal is passionate about bringing change into the Palestinian society through education, she is passionate about improving Palestinian Diplomacy and better brand Palestine. Jessica Jackson’s quest for justice began in a Georgia courtroom. The high-school dropout held her two-month-old daughter and watched helplessly as her husband was sentenced to six years in prison. In that moment, she decided to turn her shock into a crusade to change the justice system. As a single mother, she graduated college and law school. Today she is a leader in the bipartisan movement to end excessive incarceration. Jessica’s specialty is bringing political rivals together to pass bills considered “impossible.” As the bill’s main advocate, she led the drive to pass 2018’s “First Step Act.” The New York Times called the law “the most substantial justice reform in a generation;” it has already helped free more than 16,000 people. While leading her national initiative, #cut50, Jessica helped ban the shackling of jailed pregnant women in 14 states. Her “Dignity for Incarcerated Women” campaign enlisted formerly incarcerated women and dozens of celebrities to deepen the focus on women’s issues. At the helm of #cut50, Jessica built the biggest national grassroots network for bipartisan reform, #cut50’s Empathy Network. Jessica has led not only on the national level, but was also elected the youngest-ever Mayor of Mill Valley, California where she focused on affordable housing. Today, she now helps lead the REFORM Alliance, an organization where she is continuing her work to end mass incarceration and mass supervision. Jessica continues to take clemency cases as well, working on both the federal and state level to secure a second chance for individuals who have lengthy prison sentences. Jessica turned her hopelessness into hope for millions.

Caroline Blanch Israel is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. As a leader within the firm’s Consumer Practice, she works with some of the world’s leading consumer goods companies and retailers, specializing in the role of e-commerce, data and analytics to transform how people transact, work and live. Caroline is a deep believer in the power of technology and data to drive change and our collective responsibility to harness these for social and economic good. Outside of her work in digital and retail, Caroline chairs the People functions for BCG Australia & New Zealand and champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for BCG Asia Pacific, working to further representation, affiliation and community engagement including LGBTQIA+, cultural diversity and disability inclusion. She has been recognized as an INvolve HERoes Role Model for future women leaders in business. Caroline holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Law degree from the University of Melbourne, where she was awarded the law school’s highest honour, the Supreme Court Prize.

Adam Lou is the founder and CEO of Lollitech. Launched in 2015 with the mission improve women’s health worldwide, Lollitech has become one of China’s fastest-growing healthcare Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) companies. The company has seen rapid growth in recent years, with over 20 million women users worldwide, sales over 3 million hardware devices per year. Prior to starting Lollitech, Lou has served in various roles in medical sales and marketing, including at the oncology divisions at Eli Lilly and Merck. He became the Top Sales of his business unit in 2011 and 2012, was named National Top Sales in 2012, and a two-time winner of the company’s CEO Award. He has a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from Zhejiang University. January 2015, he founded Lollitech and currently serves as the Founder and CEO.

Clarissa Isabelle Liboro Delgado is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Teach for the Philippines. She began her career with research and impact measurement, managing a Randomized Control Trial for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (JPAL) on Teach for the Philippines’ predecessor organization, Sa Aklat Sisikat Foundation. It was from the results of this survey that Teach for the Philippines was born. Delgado received an MA in Educational Administration from Ateneo de Manila University and a BA from the College of William & Mary. She is an inaugural 2018 Obama Foundation Fellow and a member of the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOWN), Ten Outstanding Women in the Nation's Service (TOWNS), Ramon V. Del Rosario Siklab, and Asia Society Asia 21 Young Leader networks.
