The FBI is offering a $250,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Russian figure Konstantin Kilimnik for interfering with the U.S. political system.

The FBI’s Washington Field posted to Twitter that Kilimnik is wanted for “obstruction of justice & engaging in a conspiracy to obstruct justice btwn Feb 2018 & April 2018.”

Kilimnik is one of several individuals who the agency is seeking for Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

A report from the Senate Intelligence Committee released in August alleged that Paul Manafort, former President Trump’s campaign manager “worked with Kilimnik starting in 2016 on narratives that sought to undermine evidence that Russia interfered in the 2016 U.S. election.”

Kilimnik was a former associate of Manafort. He has Russian citizenship, according to the FBI, and was a liaison between to Ukrainian and Russian politicians and businessmen.

According to the bureau, a 2018 indictment alleges that Kilmnik “knowingly and intentionally attempted to corruptly persuade another person, with intent to influence, delay, and prevent testimony in an official proceeding.”

The bureau assessed that Kilimnik had ties to Russian Intelligence, and says he “allegedly assisted with a multi-million dollar lobbying campaign in the United States which was allegedly conducted at the direction of the Ukrainian Government without providing disclosures required by law.”

Trump in late December pardoned Manafort who was convicted in 2018 of bank fraud and tax charges.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Kilimnik in June 2018 after he was charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice.

The FBI also said on Twitter that it is looking for 13 other individuals that “took actions to reach significant numbers of Americans for the purposes of interfering w/ US political system, includ. the 2016 Presidential Election.”
