http://geniussteals.coBACKGROUND | Earlier this year, we launched a beta version of an online education platform, The School of Stolen Genius:
http://schoolofstolengeni.us We've gotten great initial feedback, and with some learnings under our belt, we're ready to continue the build. However, our expertise is in marketing strategy, and yeah, we're pretty good with words -- but we need some help when it comes to design.
BRIEF | We're looking for someone to help support us part-time in a design capacity -- from promotional materials to deck design. Specifically, we're looking for a design intern to help us in our continued development of the School of Stolen Genius. Some of the design elements we're looking for are:
1) a design schema that incorporates our brand story and key objectives
2) slide & one-pager templates for recurring published content (ie energizers and brainstorming exercises, book reviews, etc)
3) title/product cards for our storefront (again, with a schema that helps people understand immediately if they are looking at a product that is a webinar or a PDF or an out of office hours)
4) bespoke graphics/charts to convey specific information
5) promotional materials
TIMING | This is the first stage of the application process. You should complete this form by July 23rd, but we'll reach out to candidates on a rolling basis -- Meaning the sooner you apply, the sooner you'll hear from us.
- We'll select candidates to interview and complete a sample assignment by July 26th
- We are aiming to make a decision on a candidate by August 5th
- The internship will last from August 15th-November 15th, with an opportunity to extend our work together if both parties feel as though the fit is right
COMPENSATION | We want to hear from you on what you think would be appropriate. We will provide financial compensation, but we'd also like to get creative in how we can make this compelling outside of the dolla dolla bills.
