1) This is an unofficial experiment in trying to make basic mentoring more easily available with less obligation and commitment on the part of either the mentor or mentee.

2) People who want to volunteer as one-off mentors should post some times they're available.
Mentors should fall into one of the following categories:
- Either currently or has previously worked as a Games User Researcher or as a games UX Designer
- Is a graduate student
- Works in academia and does games-related research

3) Folks who are interested in having one-off conversations with a mentor should claim a time by entering their name next to it.

4) Mentor is responsible for finding the mentee on the GRUX Discord and arranging a video call at the scheduled time. It is suggested that the mentor sync with the mentee and send a calendar invite to mitigate tardiness, or use meeting software such as Lettucemeet or Calendly.

5) The mentee is responsible for coming to the session with a set of questions.

6) Mentor is strictly a volunteer and can cancel or quit at any time, including during the session if it goes off the rails.
